Orders

What’s my order status?
To check your order status, you can log in to your account on hardenapparel.com and view your current orders on the “My Orders” page. This allows you to see whether your items have been confirmed and where they are in the fulfillment process.

How do I change or cancel my order?
Once an order has been placed, changes cannot always be guaranteed. If you realize you need to cancel soon after placing your order, please try to reach out as quickly as possible to request cancellation. If the order has already entered the fulfillment stage, cancellation may not be possible.

How do I return an item?
Items purchased on hardenapparel.com may be returned if they meet our return criteria. To qualify for a return, products should be in their original condition with all tags attached, and must not have been worn, altered, washed, or damaged. We do not currently accept returns on purchases made through third-party retailers.

How do I exchange an item?
Exchanges must also meet the original condition requirements. Once your returned item is received and approved, an exchange can be made for another product of equal or lesser value. If the new selection has a lower price than the original, the difference will be handled according to our internal policies. Exchanges are processed after the returned item is received.

Why was my order cancelled?
Orders may be cancelled if items become unavailable due to stock limitations. When this happens, a cancellation is processed and the corresponding transaction is reversed according to the payment method used.

The item I want is out of stock. When will it be available?
You can stay updated on restocks by subscribing to notifications on the product page at hardenapparel.com. Simply select your size and choose the “Notify Me When Available” option to receive a restock alert when the item returns.

Shipping

How do I qualify for free shipping?
Free shipping promotions may be available on hardenapparel.com depending on current offers and qualifying purchase amounts. To participate, select the free shipping option at checkout when it appears as available on eligible orders.

When will my order be shipped?
Orders are typically processed in the sequence they are received. Once your order begins processing, it will move through our fulfillment process. Please note that processing time may vary around periods of high order volume.

Why is my order not being delivered on time?
Delivery times are estimates provided by carriers. Once a package leaves our fulfillment facility, the carrier assumes responsibility for transit progress, and delays may occur outside our control.

Will I be charged for duties & taxes? (International Orders)
Any duties or taxes applicable to international orders may be calculated and displayed during the checkout process on hardenapparel.com.

Do you offer signature-required shipment options?
Signature confirmation options may be available at checkout on hardenapparel.com depending on the shipping selections offered at the time of purchase.

Do you offer hold-at-location services?
At this time, hold-at-location services are not offered.
